Public Sector Reform

Key areas are:

• Outsourcing of non-core areas from 25 ministries and departments (Group II: Economic and Social Ministries) for the Presidents Office, Tanzania (Team Leader, Ramboll Management – World Bank finance). PPP-Public Private Partnerships are included in the program.
• Change Management Program for (11) Permanent Secretaries and Provincial Directors, Mozambique (Change Management Expert, Ramboll- DANIDA)

• Institutional Development and reform of Public Sector (in Malawi, Angola and Mozambique covering the areas ia of commercialisation, privatisation and performance contracts) – Ten years ( Aarup and Partners, Andersen Management International, Telia International)

• Reform and deregulation of semi-public services (el, water etc) (Ministry for Industries, Denmark) and public services (social and health) for counties (The Counties Association)
